Dot Com is a renowned IT related service centre, located in shillong


They faced lot of challanges in identifying the machine problem, so in order to identify the machine problem they had to go back to the register and search for the problem of the device. The another difficulty faced by them was that they were not able to keep record of all the machine which were not repaired, so that the owner can response to the query of the customer. The machines which were not yet delivered was another problem for them.


ITSM solved this problem as well, As it always sends an updates the customer about his/her machine through sms and one of its best features is that when the shop owner marks the item as repaired ,it automatically sends an sms to the customer to collect his/her machine from the service centre.
